Terms of Service

Squaredrangle is a puzzle game and online service. Downloading, launching, signing in, or playing confirms your agreement to these terms. Please stop using the app if you decline these terms.

• Play is available through a guest profile, Sign in with Apple, or an email magic link.
• Usernames must exclude slurs, threats, doxxing, and impersonation. We can reset a username that violates this rule.
• Each person can hold one account. Keep login credentials private.
• Account deletion is available from the Profile screen and through the web resource below.

The Squaredrangle iOS app is a one-time purchase of $2.99 or the equivalent in your local currency. The purchase includes Classic, Puzzles, Daily Challenge, Cascade, Diagonal Squares, leaderboards, achievements, and stats. The base game contains zero advertising and zero loot boxes.

Online Multiplayer is an optional auto-renewable subscription with these terms:

• Title: Online Multiplayer (Squaredrangle)
• Price: $0.29 per month or the equivalent in your local currency
• Length: One month with automatic renewal
• Access: Online Co-op and Battle against other players

Apple charges your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Subscription management and cancellation are available in Apple ID account settings. Removing the app leaves the subscription active.

Apple handles refund requests under the Apple Media Services Terms. Squaredrangle cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Price changes take effect from a later renewal following notice.

A verified purchaser of a qualifying paid-app build can receive permanent online access. Apple’s signed original-purchase record determines eligibility. Permanent access cannot transfer between unrelated Squaredrangle accounts.

The following activity violates these terms:

• Submitting scores created through modified clients, automated play, or fake submissions
• Harassing players through usernames or friend requests
• Sending spam friend requests or abusing service features
• Reverse-engineering or attacking the service, including penetration testing, DDoS, and authentication attacks
• Scraping leaderboards or other content for commercial use

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Player-provided content consists of a username, display name, and game scores. You retain ownership of this content. You grant Squaredrangle a license to display it on leaderboards visible to other players. Account deletion ends that license.

Squaredrangle is provided as-is. The service carries no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, perfect data preservation, or compatibility with every device. We use backups and reasonable engineering practices. Store valuable information in a service designed for that purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Squaredrangle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

The date at the top records the latest terms update. Material changes can also receive notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel where required.
